Most Tech Support Orgs Fall Short

From time to time, I come across a problem with my PC or the supporting software that stumps me...or at least isn't worth my time trying to remedy. Maybe it's happened to you.

When the problem occurs, I send a quick e-mail to the tech support group listed on the company's website. Three to five days later, I receive a response, and usually, it is a boilerplate response that has little to do with the original question or problem. I would prefer a simple statement on the offender's website that states " We cannot respond to you in a reasonable amount of time, so please contact a third party for assistance."
